Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Eligible Reasons:
    • Defective Products: Damaged, faulty, or not functioning as described. Photos are required for approval.
    • Non-Defective Returns: If you change your mind or receive the wrong item. A 20% restocking fee applies. Shipping is not refundable.
    • Our Errors: If we ship the wrong item, we’ll cover all costs to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Made Jackets: All “Made to Measure” or personalized jackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale & Discount Items: Non-returnable unless defective.
  • Damaged by Customer: Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Return Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is your responsibility unless due to our error or defective product.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Our Errors or Defects: We cover all shipping costs and waive restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us within 30 days via email support@thewesternjacket.com or call +92 331 0431753. Include:
    • Name
    • Order Number
    • Email used for the order
    • Reason for return (with photos if defective)
  2. Approval: We will review within 48 working hours and provide a return authorization and shipping address if approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of shipment.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
  • Refund Amount:
    • Full product cost minus 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error or a defect.
    • For defective items or our errors, full refund including shipping costs.

Replacement Process

  • Defective Items: Replacement shipped at no cost after we receive the defective item.
  • Non-Defective Replacements: A 20% restocking fee applies; customer pays return shipping.
