Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan takes up to 14 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on customs and local postal services.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Shipping is free for all international orders.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • The Western Jacket is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once the package is in transit.

  • If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and assist with a solution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may not be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions or carrier limitations.

  • PO boxes may not be accepted for certain international shipments.
